Description
Description: This former bakery is situated outside of Villanueva de los Castillejos (Huelva).
The location, size and building structure are ideally suited to convert the bakery into a
horse farm. On the 8.3 ha plot 179 m² are registered for residential purposes and 315 m² for
commercial purposes. The farm area (approx. 6000 m²), with the buildings, is completely
fenced in and is easily accessible via a country road (HU-3401). The remaining 7.7 ha could
be used for pasture, riding arena, paddock, etc.
The house (110 m²) consists of four bedrooms, a living room with open fireplace, kitchen
and bathroom. It is habitable in its present condition. The furniture is also subject of the
sale.
The former bakery (315 m²) is divided into four large rooms (60 m², 55 m², 50 m², 28 m²)
connected by large passages and two smaller rooms with door, a bathroom, workshop and
garage. The building thus offers enough space to install horse stalls, tack room, feed
storage, etc. in it. The bread oven and refrigeration system are also included in the sale.
There is another building (70 m²) on the property, which is currently used as storage space.
It could be converted into another residential building with a little craftsmanship.
A connection to the public electricity grid is available. For water supply there is a very large
well.

The owner sells this property against bid and is therefore negotiable.
Features: - plot size 83278 m²
- 110 m² dwelling house (four bedrooms, living room, kitchen
and bathroom)
- 70 m² building (residential purposes)
- 315 m² commercial building
- Public electricity
- 2 wells
- Yard area (6000 m²) fenced in
Location: Andalusia is the southernmost region of Spain and therefore also the
southernmost point of Europe. It is the largest region in Spain and lies between the Atlantic
Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. The coastline runs for over 800 kilometres from the
Portuguese border via Cadiz to Gibraltar and reaches as far as Malaga and Almeria.
Here, Spain is still all Spain, just as the Central European imagines it.
With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, the climate here is Mediterranean.
From the kilometre-long beaches on the Atlantic (Costa del Luz) and the Mediterranean
(Costa del Sol), to the mountains in the hinterland and the nature parks, Andalusia is very
diverse. The cities are also very attractive. From small coastal towns to larger cities with
Renaissance palaces, Andalusia offers great cultural diversity.
The province of Huelva is located in the far west of Andalusia. It borders the province of
Seville to the east, Portugal to the west and Badajoz, a province in Extremadura, to the
north. Far from mass tourism, the province of Huelva is considered an insider`s tip,
although it offers kilometres of unspoilt and often deserted beaches on the Costa de la Luz.
Costa de la Luz.
Not far from there, in the delta of the Guadalquivir, begins the Parque Nacional Coto de
Doñana. It is one of the most important marshlands in Europe and the habitat of many
endangered animal species such as the lynx or the Spanish eagle.
In the north of the province are the mountainous foothills of the Sierra Morena, a protected
area that is ideal for hiking. Further south, the mining regions around the Río Tinto, also
known as the `Red River`, begin. No wonder, since the large copper deposits in the region
colour its water deep red.
